Every effort is made to have our office staff answer all incoming calls, however there are times when the phone volume is very high and the auto menu will route incoming calls. Please listen to the prompts carefully. When leaving messages, please speak slowly and distinctly and make sure to leave your full name, the phone number where you can be reached and the reason for your call. Our policy is to return calls by the end of the day they were received.
Please call your pharmacist for all refills. They will need the prescription number and the name of the medication. Please call your pharmacy early in the day to allow us ample time to process your request. We will authorize refills during regular office hours. Please try to anticipate your needs for the holidays, weekends, and vacations. If you call the office for a refill, please leave the exact medication, the pharmacy name/location, phone number along with your name, date of birth and phone number. Our policy is to refill medication with 24-48 hours.
